What is a cover letter?
Also known as Motivation Letter, it is an introduction letter used to attach and/or to accompany other documents such as resumes or curriculum vitae. Most job seekers rather to use this letters in order to give the employers a better introduction of themselves explaining their interest in the job position as a prospective future worker.
On the other hand, employers expect for this document in order to individualize the applicants, separating at the same time, those who are sufficiently enough qualified for the position, and those who are not.
However, a cover letter would be also use as marketing tools for prospective job seekers; mainly because this document is related with many other business documents including some contracts, executed documents and loan applications.
