Generally, most of cover letters are divided into four parts and it extends in one single page at most in length.
HEADER:
- As a standard, this kind of letter follows the business Letter Style, it means including: address and other information of the sender; the contact information of the recipient, and the date sent.

INTRODUCTION:

CLOSING:
- This section must both summarize and indicate the next step the applicant expects to take.

- Finally, after the closing there are both a valediction like “Sincerely”and a signature line; and electively, would be included the abbreviation “ENCL” to indicate there are enclosures.
